La US Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) ha pubblicato sugli Annals of Internal Medicine le nuove linee guida sullo screening per il cancro al seno aggiornando le raccomandazioni.
La mammografia di controllo, per esempio, è consigliata per donne prima dai 40 ai 74 anni, con controllo biennale.
